AAGS will hold a General Membership meeting on the day of our next regular monthly Board meeting on December 14th. This will meet our requirement to have a General Membership meeting in 2022. This meeting will include discussion regarding a new membership category of “Sponsor”, whose adoption entails changing the Bylaws (see below).
The Board meeting on January 11th will proceed normally where the new President Burtch, whose office begins on January 1st , will begin his term.
Changes to the Bylaws require at least 60 days lead time, so the February 8th meeting will also be a General Membership meeting in hopes of having a larger audience at which the installation of our new officers and to adopt the amendment to approve a new membership category of “Sponsor”.
